Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days.
We only accept exchanges for unopened products. If you need to exchange an item, please contact our customer service team to initiate the process.
Athlenica will cover the cost of return shipping for all eligible returns. A return shipping label will be provided once the return has been approved.
